SENATE BILL NO. 191 An Act relating to election campaigns,                     
election campaign financing, the oversight and regulation of election          
campaigns by the Alaska Public Offices Commission, the activities              
of lobbyists that relate to election campaigns, and the definitions of         
offenses of campaign misconduct; and providing for an effective                
date was read the second time.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3743.             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 191(FIN) An Act                      
relating to election campaigns, election campaign financing, the               
oversight and regulation of election campaigns, the activities of              
lobbyists that relate to election campaigns, the definitions of offenses       
of campaign misconduct, and to the use of the net proceeds of                  
charitable gaming activities in election campaigns; and providing for          
an effective date was adopted and read the second time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

date clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
